The Space Between Where You’ve Been and What’s Next
I shared a reel this week about my new office—but what I didn’t say there is why this move mattered more than the logistics.
After ten years in business, you stop making decisions just to prove you’re growing.
You start making them because you can feel when something no longer fits.
This office wasn’t on a vision board.
It wasn’t part of a five-year plan.
It showed up because I was paying attention.
Attention to how I work best now.
Attention to the kinds of conversations I’m having.
Attention to the level of focus my next season requires.
There’s a quiet confidence that comes with experience.
Not loud.
Not rushed.
But grounded.
And with that confidence comes discernment.
You begin to notice when you’ve outgrown environments, routines, even expectations that once made sense.
Not because they were wrong—but because you’ve changed.
This move is less about square footage and more about alignment.
About creating a container that supports the depth of work I’m being called to do now.
About honoring that the version of me who built the first decade deserves a different kind of support in the next one.
If you’re in a season where things aren’t “bad” but also don’t feel fully right, I want you to hear this:
You don’t need a dramatic reason to choose differently.
You don’t need permission to upgrade your environment, your pace, or your standards.
You don’t need to wait until you’re exhausted to make a change.
Sometimes growth simply asks for room.
And the bravest thing you can do is say yes—before you’re forced to.
What in your life or work has quietly started to feel too small for who you’re becoming?
If you’re navigating a shift and trying to make sense of what’s next, this is exactly the work I support women through—whether that’s via the Consultant Already In You Starter Kit or a deeper strategy conversation.
