đ A Thanksgiving Note From My Heart (and My Stomach)
Because letâs be honest â both are full this week.
This season has me reflecting on just how wild, heavy, beautiful, unpredictable, and purpose-shaping this year has been. And if youâre anything like me, youâre giving thanks for everything â the blessings, the breakthroughs, the lessons, and even the things that tried it⌠because somehow, they grew you too.
So hereâs what Iâm grateful for:
⨠The hard days â because they stretched me.
⨠The good days â because they reminded me why I keep going.
⨠Family and friends who fill the room and my cup.
⨠Clients who trust me with their teams, their strategy, and their transformation.
⨠Women stepping boldly into entrepreneurship even with a full-time job, full family, and full calendar.
⨠Opportunities that whispered âyouâre readyâ⌠even when I was still looking around like, âMe? You sure?â
And of courseâŚ
⨠Mac & cheese thatâs actually seasoned
⨠A sweet potato pie that does not need your âfeedbackâ
⨠And my Simply Living Me Hoodie and stretchy leggings â because they understood the assignment.
But most of all, Iâm grateful for YOU.
For reading.
For supporting.
For doing the work on yourself.
For believing that your gifts are worthy of building a life around.
For showing up in your calling â even when you donât feel 100% ready.
If this year has shown us anything, itâs this:
We are allowed to evolve. We are allowed to pivot. We are allowed to outgrow anything that no longer fits â even if that means stepping into something wildly new.
So as we head into the season of gratitude (and leftovers), Iâm lifting a toast of thanks â whether itâs coffee, Titoâs, or both â to you and everything youâre becoming.
Happy Thanksgiving, sis.
Your journey is unfolding exactly the way it needs to.
