What to Expect:
Day 1: Friday, October 11th
- Arrive by 3pm
- Arrival & Connection:
- 4pm-8pm:
- Mixer with Introductions and Icebreaker
- Mind-Body Practices:
- Personal Pleasure Practice with Sacred Ayurveda exercises
- Tantric Sensuality and Breath Work Session
Optional: Intuitive Readings – 10 min reading sessions prior to the retreat (12pm - 3pm)
Day 2: Saturday, October 12th
- 12noon - 4pm:
- Spiritual Awakening:
- Morning of Sacred Prayer, Chanting & Meditation
- Gentle Tantric Yoga Practice
- Self-Discovery & Healing:
- Somatic Sexology Session
- Tantric Partner Practice focused on self-love
- 6pm- 9pm:
- Celebration of Sisterhood Dinner prepared by Chef Cliff
